How you move, sit, and breathe can create or change your emotion. I’ve known this for a long time (probably 26 years) through my massage and SomatoEmotional Release trainings. It was reinforced in my NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) trainings. And, I spent a weekend with Tony Robbins (the top expert in the NLP field) who reinforced this knowledge.
Our body and mind are interconnected, of course, and the way we think and move influences the way we feel- emotionally AND physically.
So why don’t I CHOOSE to shift my emotional state by shifting my body EVERY DAY? 🧐
Because sometimes I forget. I want to push through. I ignore my emotions. Sometimes I use other tools like EFT Tapping or breath. Yet, it’s so simple, isn’t it? You can shift your emotions super fast too.
Within SECONDS you can FEEL EMOTIONALLY BETTER.
It’s a reality that I share with my one on one clients.
I have one client who used it with such success, it has improved her confidence by 4 points out of a 10 point scale. THAT’S AMAZING! 🤩
