Stop Your Cravings & Change Your Eating Habits
I was scrounging my cupboard for something to eat today, not sure if I was craving something or bored. Have you had those moments?
I realized that sometimes I am called to hold events because I need them just as much as the people I serve.
You see, I developed a habit of eating cookies for breakfast.
As in, I stopped making smoothies and ate cookies instead. Because they were there and quick and easy. And now I’ve been shifting my habits, but my body still wants sugar. So I need to do some tapping work.
What Eating/Drinking Patterns and habits do you have?
So often people graze or snack throughout the day for stimulation, out of boredom, to suppress emotions, or due to cravings or habits.

I was asked to lead a 6-week EFT Tapping circle to shift eating patterns and stop cravings. I’ve taught classes like this before and helped others in big ways, so knowing I also needed it myself, I accepted. It starts tonight.
