Most people I meet have at least one story of betrayal, including myself. Betrayal can be a subtle or an incredibly painful experience. Whether a romantic partner, a friend, or a family member has betrayed you, the feelings of anger, hurt, and mistrust can be overwhelming. I know you may think healing from betrayal can be a long and difficult process, hypnosis and NLP are powerful tools for helping you move forward. In fact, even Tony Robbins is a proponent of NLP and uses it often!
Firstly, hypnosis works by accessing the unconscious mind (sometimes called subconscious), where our beliefs, emotions, and memories are stored.
